Belt Ceremony Sat 6/8/13
Gracie Tampa West will not be having open mat this Saturday due to the Gracie Tampa Belt Ceremony being held at our South location. (www.gracietampasouth.com) The ceremony will begin at 12 noon, following our in house tournament. I hope to see everyone there, we def have some big promotions. Bring your Belts!

Lots of new things coming up for Team Gracie Tampa. *Scott Himes is making his Amateur MMA debut June 29th in Tampa in the WCFL at the Hilton. *Aaron Goodwine, Jered Hayes, and Jeremy Davis are also fighting July 20th in St. Pete. In other news, Vince McGuinness is now teaching kickboxing Monday and Wednesday nights after jiu jitsu, from 8 – 9PM. Trey’s striking class has been moved to Tuesday night, at 8PM following jiu jitsu. So now you can hit kickboxing Monday through Wednesday in the evenings as well as Monday through Thursday in the mornings.
